2. Click on the empty box which is to the immediate left of the file you wish to move on the 'Files page'. A tick displays inside the box indicating this file is now selected.
3. Click on the down arrow of the 'with chosen files' option box which is found on the left hand side of the page below any files or folders. A number of options display.
4. Click on the 'move to another folder' option. The following message displays below the Navigation bar '1 files selected for moving. Now go to the destination and press 'Move files to here' '
5. Navigate to the destination folder where you choose to move the file.
(If the selected file is in the root folder simply click on the sub folder you choose to move it to.
If the selected file is in a sub folder and you choose to move it to another sub folder click on 'Files' in your navigation bar to return to the root folder and then click on the sub folder of your choice.)
6. Click on the 'move files to here' button. The page displays listing the 'moved' file name.
