Use winzip to create a zip file
| 1. Navigate using
windows explorer to the folder containing the files to zip 2. Click on the individual files while simultaneously holding down the control key to select files for inclusion in the zip file. (To select all files in the folder click on the first file at the top of the list and then click on the last file at the bottom of the list while simultaneously holding down the shift key.) Selected files are highlighted. |

| 3. Right click with your mouse
positioned over a selected (highlighted) file. A dropdown menu displays
with a winzip option (assuming a recent version of winzip is installed on
your computer). 4. Move the mouse to the winzip option. A dropdown submenu displays listing several winzip options. 5. Left click on the second from the top winzip submenu option - 'Add to [name of your folder].zip' . A zip file is created with the identical name of the folder that its created in (only it has a 'zip' extension) and in which the selected files are found. |
